With #1445 we added a DMI plugin for Windows that gathers data via a few WMI queries. Many plugins within Ohai make these same WMI queries and should be updated to instead depend on the DMI plugin. This will allow us to reduce the number of WMI queries we make which should speed up Chef on Windows.
