Would it be possible to add support for Minute and Hour schedules?

Can you not do that now? See this example:

You can set it to start on a specific minute and hour but not to repeat on them, for example I don't think it can configure a task to run every every 1minute?

I think the :minutes_interval option should do what you want.

It's been there since at least 0.2.0, released in 2009. I don't remember right off if it was in 0.1.0.
