请问这个真没怎么使用，启动后怎样访问，http://localhost:9090/https://www.baidu.com 这样访问对吗

不对，upstream的配置跟Nginx upstream的概念是一样的，upstream一般指向的内部服务器。你的目的是想要一个HTTP代理，但是由于百度开启了HTTPS，所以这就有中间人劫持的概念了，这就需要开启waf的mitm配置，这个时候就不能开启waf.tls和waf.proxy.lb。
