Blog specifications:

The author should have the ability to:

• Publish a blog post
• Draft a blog post
• Unpublish a publsihed blog post
• Change the blog post title
• Edit the blog post body
• Add tag
• Remove tag
• Keep track of the drafting date
• Keep track of the publishing date

Rules:

• Blog post can not have more than 4 tags
• Only blog post author can edit his own posts (change title, body, add/remove tags)
• Title must not be empty
• Title length must not be more than 250 characters
• Body must not be empty
• Tags can be empty list
