I use CloudFlare and they add the real IP of the requester via
CF-Connecting-IP header.

Adding its support to logging and to handler(to set REMOTE_ADDR)
would be really awesome.

Not really urgent but seeing how awesome you guys are I expect it soon.

Cherokee accepts the Forwarded IPs.
You can enable this vServers|Logging page.
Also you need specify CloudFlare server IPs.
There is the detail configuration from CloudFlare https://www.cloudflare.com/wiki/index.php?title=Cherokee
