CTK project svn issue

For me that makefile is "broken".

Could we provide something more standard like setup.py ?

Even though CTK is independent from Cherokee-admin, it is not ready to be shipped as an independent project/package yet.

It'd be good to clean up the automake files, indeed.

I forgot to say that patches to improve the distribution mechanism of CTK are very welcome.
