Add a new button called Heuristic Picture

The heuristics bar component in HeuristicsBar is always displayed below the chess board as the player makes moves as shown in the animation below.

However, it should be displayed optionally. A new button called Heuristic Picture should be added instead. The heuristic bars will be displayed after the user has clicked on the Heuristic Picture button.
