Bookmark translated to other lines

I didn't search too much yet minimun steps to reproduce but I'm using as well "Fold Level" extension + files with some collpase sections. While debugging PHP (xdebug), I can see bookmark moving down in files, until all are at the end.

ok, I search a bit more, it's not linked with the fold extension and I have an easier way to reproduce. It's occuring when you have 2 files opened : your script with a bookmark + a log file behind. While executing and even if you stay always with php script visible, the log file is refreshed by vscode in the other tab and this makes your bookmark of the first page script moving.
