Update the llvm and clang submodules #32

Right now the llvm and clang submodules are considerably behind HEAD in their respective upstream repos. I'd like to update them both. The llvm submodule can use the official github mirror instead of my own, and my clang mirror should be rebased. (I'm working to get everything upstreamed ASAP, but it hasn't happened yet.)
