If Package Kitchen runs in your app, let it save files locally into your packages/ dir #5

Much like Velocity does for sample tests, I imagine a use case where you have the package-kitchen in your app during development, and create local packages by having another button that saves your package to the local FS.

@themeteorchef can you try this out? It should be able to write the package out to the app youre working on. Could use error handling, prettying up perhaps. Maybe it overlaps with what youre doing ? Feedback welcome
