csv import is not working correctly if the file contains utf-8 characters, even if they are shown normal in the file, during the import preview it shows lots of strange characters.

Thanks for the issue. Do you have an example file that you can share for testing?

Currently I have a file with real names, but I think I can prepare sample data file. Sorry for the late reply.
