New Warranty Request is not on the same page template as the rest of account page?

the page /my-account/new-warranty-request/###/ is not on the same template as the rest of the account page it seems like. The page /my-account/warranty-requests/ shows fine like the rest of account page but the one that the request is made in does not have the surrounding template. We are using Divi theme builder, do I need to add a way to get theme builder on to the request page, the /warranty-requests/ tab does not lose the theme styles.

Actually not the styles that are missing but the html code of the template. The masthead is using the styles for the theme but the body doesn't have the html that makes the layout.
