Dealing with extra choices when downloading from EGS

I wanted to install Fallout 3: GOTY via EGS. Once I press 'install' the installation does not start, the steam entry gets made, but the game does never install.

Once I tried to do the installation via commandline I think why it is behaving this way. Legendary will ask for which language to download, which I think is causing the issue.
