Useless Vorple transcript dialog shown when starting transcript

Expected

Transcription starts with no additional dialogs, or at least the dialog has an effect.

Actual

This dialog shown will not have an effect on the filename of the transcript as the actual transcript is generated by my code not Vorple's code. My code does not take this file name to generate its own file name.

In fact, if no file name is supplied here, there's an error message shown, but transcription does begin, and a download link will be displayed when typing TRANSCRIPT OFF. See attached transcript:

This can also cause duplication of commands, see issue #8 .

Discussion

Ultimately I added my own transcript code because Vorple's code did not include the user commands in its transcripts. There's been a few new versions, so it's probably worth reexamination.

Either way, as one of my main ways to get tester feedback, this needs to be more solid.
