Is it necessary to add an E13_Attribute_Assignment in the technique used pattern?

It has been decided by the Semantic Committee, on 15/07/2021, that techniques associated with actors should be documented with an instance of E55_Type link to the actor through the property P2_has_type (See issue #1).

As for any other pattern, the provenance of the information (or in other words, which institution has stated this information) is managed at the dataset level through the use of Named Graphs.

The question for this issue is rather simple: would it be useful to add an instance of E13_Attribute_Assignment documenting the attribution of the technique to the actor?
