Event Page Rework

Documenting the work on event page here. This may be a rather large effort but I'll do my best to crank something out!

Known issues and enhancements
✅Handling the case where date is not set
✅Handling the case where place is not set
✅ Handling the case where max_people is null
✅ If event is full, "Join" button should not be showing up
✅Display users who joined by showing their names or avatars or some other indication.
✅Join button should not be visible for users already attending the event
❌Event page loads correctly on refresh - not sure about this error?

Nice to have (may not be enough time to do for the MVP):
❌User is able to EDIT event if user is the owner
