On Submission of User's Wedding Registry the following things happen:

  1. The SUBMIT FORM Registry Details Page is now HIDDEN.
    It is replaced by a 'Created Wedding Registry Successful message'
    The Details and the Custom URL of the Registry is also shown.

  2. On clicking the Custom URL Link, the User is Router to the Registry's Custom URL.

This could also be achieved with a modal, or just an info box that displays above the form. Similar to something like the image below

Part 1, the 'snackbar' was added here: #115

Part 2, haven't directed to /customUrl since the page isn't finished yet
