Support ssh alias when using mode=distant

As discussed in #58, this is not possible right now as we only resolve domains outside of ssh or let ssh do it for the ssh mode. When using distant mode, we don't know what an alias resolves to outside of ssh and therefore cannot pass it to our distant client.

Closing out as an outdated issue. This could potentially be resolved by having distant switch to russh as discussed in chipsenkbeil/distant#193. Not an issue for neovim plugin.
