So I am intrigued by Grooscript and particularly the potential use of it with React.

But its not obvious to me how one would integrate the React implementation with a third party ReactJS component?

Ops! Sorry, I missed this. Grooscript is good to create javascript code that you use in your libraries. There is no good or easy way to use it with React, or some other complex libraries. Here I have some example of integration (https://www.grooscript.org/react_example.html) but you have to customize the conversion. React or any other javascript library evolves very fast and is hard to be up to date and keep all working.
