Scotiabank app stopped after v16.2

Hi,
Everything was fine until last evening when I tried to pass STORNG with v16.2. Once I installed, I passed the STRONG but scotialbank app stopped working, I tried by installing it again but still the same.
Then I revert back to v15.9.9 now only DEVICE was pass but still scotiabank app is not working anymore. Can anyone help me with the issue, I really need the app to work.

• Magisk app hidden: YES
• Added in "Hide My Applist": YES
