Steps of reproduction

From an Android Studio project. Create a new image asset in the MIPMAP folder. Change background from image to color. Click on the color hex code. The color picker window appears about 50% transparency then the system completely freezes. Mouse movement but no clicks or keyboard function. Hard reboot necessary.
