Current Behaviour

The gem.bat is stored in the Chocolatey lib directory, but is not on the path. ruby.exe and `rubyw.exe are.

Expected Behaviour

You should be able to call gem.bat from anywhere.

Steps To Reproduce

1. choco install ruby.portable
2. reheshenv
3. ruby (this works)
4. gem (this doesn't).
