Is Your Feature Request Related To A Problem? Please describe.

N/A: Just a suggestion

Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

Create a GitHub workflow which should run when a new version is released and it will update the manifests at the winget community packages repository.

Additional Context.

If the maintainers would like, I'll be happy to create a pull request which will add the workflow.

@vedantmgoyal2009 in principal, I don't have any objections to this happening, however, there are some things that would need to go in place before this would be possible.

For example, Chocolatey GUI isn't a standalone application. It requires Chocolatey CLI to be installed in order for it to operate. Chocolatey GUI doesn't automatically install Chocolatey CLI.

So, in order for Chocolatey GUI to function you need to have Chocolatey CLI installed, at which point you could just do choco install chocolateygui.

There have been discussions on how this could work in the future, but nothing has been decided as of yet.

Thank you for this suggestion though. I will keep this issue open until we decide on how things should proceed.
