uninstall or update software installed outside of choco #1849

Sometimes I have to install some of the apps outside of choco simply because they do not exist they are not updated. It would be great if choco could manage them as well. for example, if a software is not installed through choco and I run choco update mySoftware it would offer the option to uninstall the app and install the updated version through choco.
