Is Your Feature Request Related To A Problem? Please describe.

In 2.x we should have -unpackself deprecated.

This issue covers the work to actually remove it in 3.x in the next major version.

Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

  • Remove the -unpackself command
  • Determine whether we can remove or rework the chocolatey.resources assembly to make things work in the build and debugging for choco.
