No and it would be a violation of terms of use

@ferventcoder, maybe I'm just blind, but where on a page are the terms of use linked on chocolatey.org? I'm not seeing anything obvious.

The only supported method of accessing the Chocolatey API is using choco.exe or ChocolateyLib.

I'm going to go ahead and close this now. If we need to reopen it again in the future we can do that.
