Windows 10- Got past scanning, stuck after that #126

I performed the server rescan, it took about 25 min starting from April first. I got "Press any key to continue . . ." which closed the command terminal. Then tried dragging the config.ini file to electrum-personal-server.exe. Terminal opens and closes quickly.

From the debug log:
