You need to run the package only after a fresh install of macOS Mojave and select option AirportBrcmFixup

Your BCM943224HMS suppose to works
Maybe your not Formating the Hole SSD in Disk Utility because if you formate only the partition this is not erase EFI Partition

even if you do not use SSD Disk Utility will format in APFS your HD
macOS Mojave 10.14 use only APFS on the Installation
So you have to erase the entire disk to erase the EFI partition
If you have files to save, save them before
