What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The minified file (JS/CSS) has a blank line and then minified code on 2nd 
line

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No blank line required. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version: 2.2.1 Source: 1431507901_org-netbeans-minify.nbm


Please provide any additional information below.
I am not directly using the code, but its plugin for netbeans.

actually I'm pretty sure it's workaround of inserting literal null if you remove everything from header
