Provide 64bit version of xca #136

Nowadays most is on 64bit.

Why not provide xca also as 64bit version? (especially for Windows)

Due to this I have to install OpenSC additionally in 32bit.

+1 for this issue. Apple has started deploying Catalina release of MacOS and this disable running 32 bits apps. So this make the .dmg provided absolutly unuseful. any help we can provide for compiling it to 64 bits ? does not sounds like a big issue.

I switched to MSI, please test the 2.2.0-pre version.
