Describe the bug
When existing PIP mode youtube videos restart. This is probably true for any of the mode transitions.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Play a youtube video in PIP mode
Exit PIP mode
The page reloads and the video starts over

Expected behavior
The plugins are only fired once when transitioning modes if the plugin requires the page to be refreshed.
