Add ways for the bot to ignore messages

Like if a message starts with a . / ? etc. the bot should ignore it. It would improve converation by a lot

you can (almost) get around this if your message starts with a mention towards another user.
eg. "@ humanuser wonderful weather we're having"
the bot ignores these for reasons unknown to me.
of course, this doesn't work in DMs, even if you try to @ yourself.

Could you please share more about what sort of challenges you're seeing in the generated conversation? Sounds like the bot is providing more unsolicited replies than is helpful?

sometimes im afraid ill interrupt someone's interaction with the bot i think having a way to ensure my message will be filtered out would be cool
