Carddav server URL with tilde is messed up #14

Hi,

server urls with a tilde (~) in it is messed up.

For example the url
http://localhost/~olli/sabredav/addressbookserver.php/addressbooks/admin/privat/
is saved in database and displayed in carddav setting tab as
http://localhost/[��KXY�]Y��\؛\��Y��\؛Y�Z[�]]

If I correct that manually in db, everything works fine.

This is fixed in the myroundcube fork since v2.9
