Current master of Roundcube-CardDAV (v0.5.1)
Debian amd64 system (unstable with latest updates)
Roundcube 0.7.2-5 with MySQL (server ver. 5.5.28+dfsg-1)

During execution of mysql.sql the following error occurs:

ERROR 1072 (42000) at line 31: Key column 'carddav_server_id' doesn't exist in table

Amazingly enough i ran into same, almost 3 years later. Roundcube 1.1.1.
