Change log and downloads in releases tab

Not really a bug, more like a transparency request.

Could we have the GitHub's release tab populated instead of using a download link in the Wiki tab?

I mainly ask for this because if we see new updates, we can easily check whether is a major update or a minor update, and then go into the details in the changelog to see what is really changing.
