- feat: add min/max recording
- feat: initial integration of sensors with layout shifting
- refactor: remove layout switching from navigation bar
- feat: add gravity sensor
The gravity looks to be a better option for initialising layout shift, as it only provides readings in x y and z, as opposed to the Orientation sensors that provides readings in Quatarnions

For now, a simple state is set/toggled. As soon as branch #46 is complete, the functionality can be combined
