Need a way to minify HTML during production builds. htmlnano with Vite Plugin PostHTML seems like a good potential path forward.

htmlnano is throwing CSS errors when trying to integrate; going to pause on trying to implement until higher priority items are resolved.

Investigated doing this now that the previously blocking CSS issue is resolved, and there's currently still an error, so moving back to icebox for now
