SMALL DESCRIPTION:

White items (equip) at starter zone should NOT have a high percentage of drop (+70%)

thanks to Grasswalker for the feedback

EXPECTED BLIZZLIKE BEHAVIOUR:

The percentage of drop is around 1-5%

CURRENT BEHAVIOUR:

Several creatures such as Ravenclaw Slave have 70% of drop rate on some white items:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:
  1. Go to the barrens
  2. kill Ravenclaw Slave
