"Edge Health Probe" has been sending ≈100 requests/second since over a month, presumably due to a mistaken configuration.
I managed to get in contact with the right people at Microsoft*, but it hasn't gone away. We may just have to block the user agent to avoid flooding the logs.

  • Note: Edge Health Probe doesn't have to do with the edge browser, but their Azure Front Door CDN.
