Unable to work with GitLab API v4

This projects depends on m4tthumphrey/php-gitlab-api v7.15 which is an old version and only works with GitLab API v3, which is unsupported as of August 22.
m4tthumphrey/php-gitlab-api supports the v4 of the API but that would require dropping support for v3 (or keeping v3 support and not supporting v4).
I would suggest keeping the v3 support in the v1.x of this package and introducing a v2.x to support the v4 of the API, but maybe that would require to much work to maintain both versions.

Update: API v3 wil be dropped from gitlab.com on June 4th 2018 (so, tomorrow) : https://about.gitlab.com/2018/06/01/api-v3-removal-impending/. Any other private GitLab instance up to the current version (10.8.3) will still support it, until v11 is released.
