Add authentication to PWC #123

There are two aspects of PWC authentication.

Authorize a user to login PWC training website.
We could use GitHub token to implement such a system.
Send a request from the training website to PWC backend server to create a sandbox.
It could be implemented using token as well.

Currently, we don't have any way of authentication.
