Hi,
I tried to align and superpose the top 10 similar structures of the GraSR result and figure out the reliable residue correspondence between them, just like Figure 7 in your paper (https://journals.plos.org/ploscompbiol/article?id=10.1371/journal.pcbi.1009986). I'd like to know how to achieve this with GraSR.

Another question is, how to obtain a pairwise cosine distance matrix if I want to analyze the similarity among multiple structures and do some subcluster among them. Would you like to share the script that could reproduce Figure 6 in your paper? Many thanks!
