There are some import "code.google.com/gotour/*" in the html file. When someone 
fork the project, he need to replace them. Also there no i18n support.

There's no need to fork the gotour packages for translation. Go's standard 
library is entirely in English, and so it follows that these helper packages 
should be in English.

In lieu of any better process for translation, we encourage others to maintain 
separate translated trees. Once Go has better i18n support we can revisit this.
