Amazon AMI
We've used Packer.io to build an Amazon AMI (two actually), which you can use to build an instance on Amazon EC2 in moments!

- The AMI is built from a stock Ubuntu 16.06 AMI.
- Username for logging in on the terminal is
ubuntu.
You will need to create a security rule to allow http web traffic and apply it to your instance.
Use the same instructions for upgrading a deb package.
