• execution is KO: src/resources/chutney/in_progress not found

folder containing created json scenarios must e created automatically if not exist by synchronize method

And maybe this should be moved in a root chutney directory that the user can configure.

As for the report directory, this kind of intermediary representation, may not be something to git track, therefore users may want to redirect it in an output or target directory that is gitignored.
