final collection = Localstore.instance.collection('foo');
final id = collection.doc().id; // returns something like "abcdef"
await collection.doc(id).set({"key": "value"});
(await collection.get())?.forEach((key, value) async {
    //key is now "/foo/abcdef"
    //but i can't update any documents in the collection like this because it expects "abcdef", not "/foo/abcdef"
    await collection.doc(key).set({"key": "new value"});
});

because i'm performing all of these operations on the Localstore.instance.collection('foo'), the "/foo/" prefix should be implicit and therefore not present on the keys
