If the drop down is in focus, a user should be able to start typing to invoke the list and start filtering based on what they typed. Currently they have to click the dropdown or use the space bar or down key. The space bar and down arrow are hidden activators. Our users are not finding this functionality and are forced to move to the mouse to open the dialog.
