Dockerize format #4

I prepared docker image to automate whole process.

Now users can be able to use as:

docker pull denizparlak/subx

and run:

docker run -ti -e dm=example.com denizparlak/subx

Tested just for sub.sh.

fping OK
ludicrousdns OK
dnsgen INFO // run these command before to use dnsgen:

export LC_ALL=C.UTF-8
export LANG=C.UTF-8
