GKE testing via Jenkins has been disabled on `master` for several months and is not tested anymore. This commits removes the GKE pipeline from Jenkinsfiles and also removes some GKE obsolete bits in MLH's config. Signed-off-by: Nicolas Busseneau <nicolas@isovalent.com>
