CI failure

AKS fails sometimes during Cilium CLI's kubectl exec with the following error:

 ℹ️  unable to extract exit code from error: error dialing backend: read unix @->/tunnel-uds/proxysocket: read: connection reset by peer

It seems to occur in various tests. Here are a few observations that eventually got closed as "stale":
